★申請期限：自114年11月03日(一)上午10:00起至114年12月05日(五)下午5:00止。
提醒新開放措施如下:
大學部1-3年級學生如為學習安排需要，經與曼陀師輔導同意後，得依各年級應修習之最低學分數再減3學分的條件申請停修，惟學生需自行負擔未達學分下限之相關權益損失(如無法進行獎學金成績排名…等)以及不影響畢業之學分，日後不得提出異議。
★操作說明概述：
Step 1.登入「學生資訊系統」(http://course.asia.edu.tw/)，至「各項申請」的「停修申請」辦理。
Step 2.詳閱「注意事項」確認「基本資料」、確認資料是否正確後，開始申請。
Step 3.於「課程清單」中勾選欲停修科目並選取「停修原因」後，點選「送出」進行下一步。
Step 4.確認停修資料是否正確，正確請按「送出申請」，需修改者請按「回上一頁」；如申請停修未完成，將會出現提示之詢問訊息；
惟大學部4年級、研究所2年級、博士班第3-7年級生若停修低於最低學分數請確認是否不影響畢業後，但仍應至少保留修習1個科目，方可送出申請。

Step 5.「檢核結果」顯示之內容，為該次停修申請是否通過之依據，亦可於「學期課表」或至「各項紀錄」→「停修申請結果查詢」確認停修申請結果。
♦學生申請停修，應於期中考後至期末考及畢業考開始前二週規範時程內，於「學生資訊系統」線上提出申請。
♦停修後修習學分數仍應符合「學則」第17條所訂，各年級應修習之最低學分數，未符合前述規定者，系統將不受理「停修」申請。
♦部份課程因課程屬性及教學類型，不開放申請停修:碩博士論文、分流實習課程、計畫型課程、學輔時間。
♦依AI聯盟計畫之實施，學生修習該計畫所屬課程者，其停修申請方式及受理時程，悉依本校人工智慧學院辦公室公告辦理，恕不適用本停修公告之作業規定。

Please read instructions below before cancelling course
1. After the course is cancelled, the number of credits taken cannot be lower than the minimum credit requirement by year as listed in rule 17 of the student handbook. Those who do not meet credit requirements are ineligible for application. Fourth year students are exempt if this does not affect the number of credits required for graduation.
＊The minimum credit requirement for each year and degree are as below:
2. Courses approved for cancellation cannot withdraw application for cancellation without unsigned approval.
3. Extension students applying for cancellation during the school term must maintain a minimum of 1 course in the semester.
4. When the course is cancelled, the credit fee (credit and registration fees) will not be refunded and those who have not paid required fees must still make payment.
Courses approved for cancellation are required to be recorded in transcript records and marked “cancelled” in the grade column. The credits will not be calculated in the total grade of the semester or year.
